A new article titled “Street Light Outages, Public Safety and Crime Attraction” was recently published in the Journal of Quantitative Criminology. The authors analyze the impact of street light outages on crime. Aaron Chalfin, University of Pennsylvania, Jacob Kaplan, Princeton University, and Mike LaForest, PA Department of Corrections Postdoctoral Scholar at the CJRC, authored the article.
