Jordan Zvonkovich is a graduate student in the Department of Criminology at Penn State University. His research interests include sentencing and judicial decision making, as well as race in the criminal justice system. He has worked as a graduate assistant to the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing where he has assisted with the construction of the statewide presentencing risk assessment tool, and studies of prior record.
Jordan received his M.A. and B.S. in Criminology from Penn State University. His thesis research focused on the effect of prior record on sentencing outcomes. Prior to beginning graduate school, he worked as a research assistant collecting data for a study of the death penalty in Pennsylvania.
